Kuga and Fiesta ST, The Mainstay of Ford at the Geneva Motor Show 2012


MICHIGAN - American car manufacturer, Ford announced it will follow the event the Geneva Motor Show 2012 which will be held March 6. In the exhibition, will showcase Ford Kuga and the latest generation Ford Fiesta ST, also will become a mainstay of Ford in Geneva.

In addition to being the mainstay of Ford in prestigious automotive event in Europe, the Kuga and Fiesta ST also comes with some pretty significant changes. Especially for the Fiesta ST, will come with an aerodynamic body kit, sport-tuned suspension and engine 1.6-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost that can give off power 117 hp and 240 Nm of torque (177 lb-ft).

The design looks more aggressive front and rear wheels is integrated directly to make a bigger impression than the third-generation Fiesta, which has five normal door.

Meanwhile, for the Ford Kuga, the latest generation of Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is capable of producing 147 kW with maximum torque of 320 Nm. Power is channeled to all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. This machine was previously used by the Focus XR5 Turbo and Focus RS.

Furthermore, in addition exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show 2012, Ford Kuga and Fiesta ST will also follow the automotive event to be held in Switzerland, next week. Both variants will be a play on the European model.
